Our story and our model

GozAround has worked on one idea since 2014: doing good should be simpler, more frequent, and more effective. Today we put that idea to work by pairing corporate giving software with an operating team that carries the recurring administration, while your people lead the program and hold the final say.

It should not be hard to give back.

We started GozAround in 2014 with a simple frustration. Getting connected to ways to give back that actually matter to you was harder than it should be, whether you are a person who wants to help or a company that wants to do right by its community.

So we set out to make doing good simpler, more frequent, and more effective. Over the years that has meant helping individuals find causes close to them, and helping companies turn good intentions into real, repeatable impact. The mission has not changed. What has changed is how much of the recurring work we are willing to carry alongside you.

Software can organize the work. It cannot create more capacity to do it.

The industry's answer to a growing giving mandate has been to sell another product for someone to operate. Ours is to sell the platform together with the capacity to run it. If you have a CSR or Community Impact team, GozAround extends what it can get through. If responsibility sits with HR, People or a single person with a day job, GozAround adds the operating layer they would otherwise have to build.

Matches administered against your rules. Receipts and eligibility reviewed. Grant cycles coordinated. Campaigns prepared. Payment requests batched for your finance team to release. Reports drafted for your review. That is what arriving at your desk looks like: a program that kept moving this week, with the record to prove it.

Add capacity without giving up control.

Your organization keeps the authority that matters: the funds, the rules, the decisions, and full visibility into every action taken on the program. GozAround works inside that, not around it.

One program, two hands

There is no "operator version" and no "client version." Your team and ours work in the same records through the same screens, and every action is attributed to the person who took it.

Our work is always visible

A well-run program can look like nothing is happening. So your dashboard opens with what GozAround did for you this week, in plain sentences, with receipts.

You decide where automation stops

Delegation Preferences define what proceeds under your established rules and what waits for your approval. That is your setting, not our policy, and you can change it at any time.

AI does the routine. People do the judgment. You make the decisions.

We will be straight with you about who does what. AI handles the routine: reading receipts, calculating matches against your rules, drafting report narratives, and flagging anything unusual. It is fast, consistent, and it never lets a receipt sit in a queue over a weekend.

Your GozAround team handles the operating judgment: reviewing what the AI flags, working the edge cases, coordinating your grant cycles, preparing campaigns, and knowing your program well enough to notice when something is off.

You hold final control over the rules, the budgets, the approvals, and the delegation settings themselves. We will never claim a robot is making your giving decisions, because one is not. AI does not decide which organizations your company supports. Your people lead the program, and we help carry the work behind it.

One thing we are deliberate about: your finance team always controls the money. We prepare clean, audit-ready payment requests, and your people fulfill them on your schedule. We administer the program. We never touch the funds.

The commitments behind the model.

2014 Working on one mission since: make doing good simpler
$0 Fees on donations. Your fee is the program fee, full stop
100% Of our actions visible and attributed in your dashboard
Yours The program, the data, the relationships, exportable anytime

Built for the companies the industry skipped.

GozAround serves mid-market companies, roughly 200 to 2,000 employees, whose people care just as much as anyone at a Fortune 500, but who were offered only two options. Drown in spreadsheets, or buy enterprise software and staff a team to operate it. We are the third option: the software and the operating capacity together.

We are founder-led and we sell the way we operate. One conversation, a clear scope, a flat annual fee, and a program that starts running. If that sounds like the help you have been looking for, we would like to meet you.

Bring us the program you run today. We will map what should stay with your team, what GozAround could help carry, and whether the model makes economic sense for your organization.
