You can choose monthly or annual billing. Monthly plans are billed at the start of each billing cycle. Annual plans are billed upfront for the full year and include a discount equivalent to 2 free months. All payments are processed securely via Stripe.
Yes. You can upgrade your plan at any time, and the price difference will be prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle. If you need to downgrade, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing period. No penalties, no hassle.
We will notify you when you are approaching your plan's employee limit. If you exceed it, your account continues to work normally. We will reach out to discuss upgrading to the next tier. We never lock you out or disable features mid-cycle.
No. There are zero setup fees for Essentials and Professional plans. You create your account, configure your settings, and go live. For Enterprise plans, custom integrations and feature development may involve a one-time implementation fee, which we scope and agree on before starting work.
You can cancel at any time with no penalties or termination fees. When you cancel, your account remains active through the end of your current billing period. We provide full CSV exports of all your data including donations, matches, volunteer hours, and tax receipts. Data is retained for 90 days after cancellation, then permanently deleted.
No per-employee surcharges from GozAround. The only additional cost is standard Stripe credit card processing fees (2.9% + $0.30 per transaction) for employee donations, which are industry standard and paid by the donor or absorbed by your company, depending on your configuration.
