Confidence 0.85 or higher: the nonprofit matches a verified record and the amount and date are clear. The donation logs automatically, the match fires, and the employee gets an Impact Story.
Confidence 0.60 to 0.84: one field is uncertain. It surfaces on the employee's dashboard as "Yes, that's right / Adjust / Not mine" with the extraction filled in.
Below 0.60, or the nonprofit does not match cleanly: it routes to an admin review queue, where your admin picks the nonprofit and confirms the amount before anything logs.

Anything the scan isn't sure about goes to your GozAround team, who clear the review queue daily, visible in your activity digest, like everything else we do.
If a donation with the same employee + nonprofit + amount already exists within 7 days, marks as a duplicate so a single receipt isn't counted twice.
