Curated volunteer events are their strength and they are good at it. They build and staff the event calendar. GozAround does not: you curate, employees self-log, or you work with our partners, and we will say so on the first call.
You want one named Social Impact Manager as the single coordination point, and you are comfortable with the program's day-to-day living largely outside a system your own team administers.
You would rather be handed vetted cause portfolios than build and maintain your own nonprofit list.

Moving from Percent Pledge is a setup exercise more than a data project. We rebuild your cause list, matching rules and volunteer categories in a half-day workshop, import donation and volunteer history by CSV as your archival record, and agree in writing which recurring tasks our operating team picks up and which stay with your people. Plan one thing separately: if curated volunteer events are part of what your employees now expect, decide where those come from before you switch, because GozAround does not staff an event calendar. Some clients keep an events partner alongside GozAround and log the hours against the same volunteer records.
